I cannot see him going to Arsenal. There is something about the way Leicester have bought into Brenda's tactics and training the same way we did for Graham Taylor and likewise Liverpool have done for Klopp. It will take a massive bonus on top of a huge salary to temp him away. If he gets them CL football (which seems very likely), then he will almost certainly be kept on by their upper management.
