    No thread calling for it yet, but he's a part of the rotten set up where commercial image overrules playing priorities. Thanks for the past few years, but you've lost your touch Scott. Go back to West Ham

    Geraldi first. Scott’s plans are very level headed I think that would be a mistake.

    I think Dux is seen as part of the furniture at Vicarage Road, be quite a task removing him unless a big name was coming in to replace him.
    Geraldi needs to be kicked out first and foremost as others have said.

    Can you please tell me your expectations ? Champions League qualification year on year ? Regular appearances in the cup finals. Unless we get some mysterious billionaire financier or financiers stepping in the top six are virtually set in stone the way football world is. I've never read so much petulant, negative almost childish reactions on this forum as I have had to endure over the last few months. There is no sense of perspective of where we are as a club. Some people seem to thrive and enjoy the dismal months we have had recently but when it comes to the crunch have no ideas to put in their own stead.

    Duxbury is trying to do what any club operations manager would do. Which is to maximize revenues. Football unfortunately is a business and the PL is a very tough operating environment for a club like us. We have to steer a course that means if we do go down we are still viable and capable of returning quickly and not ending up like Sunderland.

    The person who needs removal is Giraldi and indirectly Gino is also to blame for not firing him as he readily does with others. The amount of dross this man has brought into the club is unacceptable and more so given the players we have passed over and ignored for prices that were similar or cheaper. The odd bargains in Pereyra for instance do not outweigh the mistakes.

    @RookeryLad

    Very insensitive post. How is anyone here trying or pretending to be a "Happy Clapper"? Our current situation is beyond the scope of what any of us
    can do as fans. Some maybe over optimistic, but we all bare the brunt of what is going on.
