What does you disliking booing from people who aren't me and who were at the game, have to do with me being there or not? Completely irrelevant.
Is it as boring as the "why do you even post on here"/"why are you even a Watford fan" crap from the likes of you, though? No, no it is not.
Except as others pointed out that's also impossible at this moment in time as our defence is so dreadful that we concede every time they're even slightly exposed.
I'm simply commenting on peoples right to boo if they ****ing want to. My being there or not is completely irrelevant, I'm not talking about me.
A clean sheet and giving them just 1 or 2 chances is a start We created 3 clear cut chances and should have taken 1, if not all 3. Something to build on
I can’t see how Doucoure can play the next game after today. I was shocked how bad he was. The fact that we didn’t take £40m for him, looks laughable now. I don’t think it’s a lack of effort, but his head has gone. The only players today that were any good were Pereyra and Kabs, the rest were at best bang average.
You are justifying their booing despite not being at the game. There was nothing to boo about at all, it was a much needed solid performance.
He might have won a few headers against a strong defence but even he hasn't done that. We lacked confidence up front , bite in midfield but defence did well . Kabasele and Pereyra MOTM. Prodl did well until injury .
In your opinion. I, and actually plenty of others on here (and clearly at the game too), completely disagree with that and are entitled to voice that in whatever way they see fit.
We really should have won that, snuffed out their attacking threat bar a few bits of dodgy defending down the flanks and had Welbeck squared the ball we'd most likely be looking at 3 points this evening. But nearly all our attacking threat is reliant on mistakes by the opposition and if don't find a way to spark a bit of creativity into this side soon we're going to really struggle. I expect to see us looking to grind our way to a 0-0 after 65/70 minutes and then trying to nick the win through Deulofeu, Sarr and Gray etc. coming off the bench for the rest of the season. It's going to be a very dull 6 months, but lets hope we can at least get one of our strikers in enough for to get us out of this mess.
Then our players ( especially defensively ) are not better? The fact that a past it Prodl still looks our most solid defender says tells me that QSF is working with an inferior defence than he did last time.
He suffered a knee injury in December 2018 and was deemed fit to return at the end of February 2019. A further knee injury (repeat of initial problem?) at the end of March was only seen to cleared in May. He's had at least one operation during this time. I don't think he was frozen out as such by the club, just not fit to play from Dec '18 and probably/possibly under continued assessment because of what was a constant problem.
A right to boo, yes. Unfortunately some people don't seem to understand that they don't have to every time we don't win.
Nonsense. It was another insipid inept performance. The fact we got a clean sheet was a bonus but it was one of the easiest games of the season. Seems like some people disagreed with your assessment and booed. And you tell them never to turn up again? Get over yourself.
I’m trying to see the positives in that but it was a depressing watch . Sheff Utd are a very average if well organised side and we have been reduced to getting men behind the ball , hoping to keep a clean sheet and punting it upfield in the hope we might get a goal . Last season I think we would have beaten this side comfortably ! Having said I completely understand what QSF is trying to do . This team is shot of confidence and desperately need some hope to cling on to . If they can start keeping clean sheets then this should atleast give them some confidence. I’m assuming that’s what he’s trying to achieve and we did look more solid today . We didn’t get caught out like we normally do ( although we had numbers behind the hall ) and i thought we looked solid from set pieces too . These are the plus points I am taking . However , we just don’t look like scoring and when we are getting the big chances we are missing . Well beck should have put that away or set up Gray for a goal . I’m not sure if I see the goals coming even if we keep the clean sheets . Still I also think if wellbeck has scored that or the late header had gone in , that might be all we need to lift our season and that does give me some hope . I don’t think we are down but this is gonna be one hell of a fight and possibly the biggest relegation escape I can recall if we do it(though I think the Colin Lee season we may not have won a game after 8 either?... but that was not in the Preiner league ) And what the hell has happened to Doucouré? I agree he’s currently a liability and wouldn’t mind seeing someone else being given a chance
