Well at least it’s out of the way. I was extremely optimistic before the game. When we conceded on 52secs that optimism left and I thought ok, keep it together and go in 1-0 at HT. Then we conceded the Pen. I texted my brother saying we should forfeit the game, take the fine and a 3-0 loss. Gino has to do something in January with the defence. No more penny pinching and waiting to the last day. January 1st, 2 solid CB’s should be walking through the doors. Big changes for Wolves needed. Bachmann Janmaat, kabasele, Cathcart, Masina Capoue, Hughes, Chalobah Sarr, Welbeck, Deulofeu. Foster, Femenia, Dawson, Holebas, Doucoure, and Pereyra all need to be dropped.
City were apparently below par according to most neutrals. A piss poor excuse which I hope backfires on him big time. It won't though. The Rookery morons will still clap like seals at him when he boots another one in off the foot of the striker.
We were 31/10 vs Arsenal and they were 28/11 today. Talking of records.. and i know now's not the time to talk history.. but that was our record league defeat today, in all divisions. Our heaviest defeat in all competitions since joining the football league and the heaviest overall defeat since the 10-0 loss vs Wolves in the Fa cup in 1912.. the same year the Titanic sank.
The only thing Quique will be winning is cardigan of the month. His career has had a straight line downhill trajectory and reaches new lows every year. What an idiotic and mindless line up. Our mentality was dreadful from the first minute. Sure, our defence is poor, but league 2 teams have defended better against City than we did today. The shape, the tactics, the line up, the motivation. Quique got absolutely everything wrong today. For a manager who’s going to bring dreadful, turgid football but shore up the defence, this was a massive and embarrassing **** up today.

The players need to take some responsibility once they cross that white line and go on to the pitch. Id be surprised if Quique told them before the match to stroll around and admire Man City.
