It was a cold, cloudless night with nothing but the moon and stars lighting the village. HappyHornet24 was taken aback by the actions of the day. Poor old Harrow, HH24 thought as she opened her front door. Exhausted she chose to retire for the night. Getting a glass of water she began the weary ascent up her stairs when she heard a succession of quick knocks on her door. Begrudgingly she turned back towards the door reluctantly wanting to open it. She opened the door and was surprised to see a person clad in armour standing before her. "What are you doing here?!" HH24 exclaimed in bemusement. " You are in grave danger, I am here to protect you." Came the tinny reply. "Come in, come in. Would you like a drink?" HH24 asked. ****************************** The beast approached the homestead knowing that it's prey waited inside. There were no lights on at the abode and the front door was curiously ajar. The beast crept in, making sure it wasn't seen entering. It placed a single hairy paw on the foot of the stairs when all of a sudden the lights burst on. The beast startled turned to face the aggressor, a man clad in armour. "Begone foul beast." The tin Man cried, swinging at the beast with a baroque sword. The beast yelped in anguish and fled. Outside, the other beast sat and observed the spectacle. It knew not to attack and it also knew who the other beast was. ******************************* Morning folks, another day of werewolf is ahead of us.
Morning all Good news Happy lives, bad news the wolves know each other , we also know its odds on Happy is good we also know chances are only 2 wolves . Cthulhu just a couple of points , why would i post early on day 1 and incriminate myself , and I assure you (at least Im fairly certain your on team good as well ) im on your side. Glad you made it through the night . Pub will soon be open .
Guardian played a blinder there. The wolves know each other boooo. Need to wait for the messages today I wonder why they both went for hh24? Norway. I’m sorry but your writing style looked like the wolves message yesterday that’s all I’ve got. If youre innocent get viewed and you have nothing to fear do you
I was wondering that as well maybe it was coincedence i couldnt pick up on anything that happy had posted. If you want me viewed im ok with that. By the way your ban in the pub is lifted as we all may need a stiff drink later!
Good question, I can assume that it would not have been amiss for a single wolf to go for her but two wolves and the guardian!?
First Message: Hi Villagers, Great work by the Guardian last night. Due to some suspicions I have checked Norwayhornet and we are in luck - NorwayHornet is evil. Your Seer
OK Alpha wolf has put me in the frame ,clever furry! However I know I am good ,but how to prove it to you guys Man it seems I have a mountin to climb
Second message: Hi Villagers , Again, I didn't have too much to go on this morning as the only thing I knew for sure was that Cthulhu was good. I decided to take the advice of some posters from yesterday and view Cassetti's Beard. I can confirm that Cassetti's Beard is good. I didn't view Norway as I know both wolves know each other so at the very worst he is an unlucky traitor, unless of course the alpha is playing a brave game and naming the other wolf as evil to throw us off the scent. Do not lynch Cthulhu or Cassetti's Beard, their both good. Your Seer
Thank you Guardian! My days, I fear, are numbered so I'd better try to make this one count. No idea why both wolves targeted me - I don't think I said anything enlightening yesterday - but it's annoying as they both now know each other.
Incorrect use of "their" like yesterday, Message 1 yesterday and Message 2 today have obviously been written by the same person. As both wolves know each other, if Norway was a wolf, then Alpha would not have sent a message implicating him. If the second message was from a wolf then with an evil viewing first the second message would have been evil too. My thoughts are Cthulhu & Cassetti definitely good. In all probability Norway good too.
The second message...stop toying with us...'their both good'. Wouldn't it be a brilliant ploy to deliberately make that error in yesterday's message, call out the mistake, then make the same deliberate mistake in the today's message?
Second message today simply has to be the seer's. There is no way a seer would report evil and then the wolf to report another person as good. Of the remaining players I'd say: Definitely good:- Cthulhu & Cassetti Not a wolf (but could be a traitor):- Norway & Happy
For what its worth I am good , I can confirm todays 2nd message is the seer and the first is the Alpha wolf if you lynch me tonight then Team Good please remember this post.
I think Norway today as has been named as evil can’t really be any other choice. If he turns out good it puts suspicion on cassetti tomorrow.
No it doesn't, if Norway turns out good then it is 100% certain that the second message today was from the seer, which named him good.
If he turns out good, the first message is clearly the wolf and the second message the seer so I don't understand your logic?
Yesterday. First message - Cthulhu viewed as good - grammar error Second message: HarrowOrn viewed as good - lynched and was good. Today: First message: Norway is evil Second message: Cthulhu not viewed, Cassetti viewed as good - grammar error Second message yesterday was the seer. First was the wolf. Today, I think the wolf has seized on the grammatical error to throw us off the scent. Which means Cthulhu & Cassetti have questions over them.
Sorry should have clarified, I meant yesterday's messages. Not todays. Still trying to figure out today's.
I see your point @hornetgags, my logic is that if the first message was the seer's then there's no way the wolf wouldn't state that someone else was evil.
I still don't know how you can tell which message yesterday came from the wolf and which came from the seer
I would lean towards the second message being from the seer with the deliberate mistake, could be a double bluff from the wolf but seems less likely.
The grammar error aside, as the second message is very much likely to have been the seer's, that message points out they looked at Cthulhu yesterday.
