Let's be honest, Wolves could fall for the 2nd season syndrome - Nuno Espirito Santo (Amen) doesn't have a plan B and if a 3rd rate coach like Gracia can outsmart him twice, then it doesn't bode well for them.

They are still salty about Wembley. Well some of them.

They certainly seem entitled in the main

There was another one saying "Nuno out" or something line that!

Must be frustrating for them seeing points thrown away against the bottom sides when they seem to do so well against the top sides.

Mind you we'd probably agree with some of the comments about Bournemouth?

This is the same forum that defended the attack on Nick as he was clearly a hooligan. Wouldn’t remotely take any notice of stuff posted on there although sounds like they actually have the same mindset of the Prem League and media itself though.

Really don't get their sense of entitlement at all. A big club in the 1950's but that's almost 70 years ago before most current fans born. In much of my time watching football they have been a middling championship side with short periods in the top division most of which fighting relegation.

I think a few on there get where they came from. They realise that without their current owners they would like us be nowhere near where they are now. Both forums have their fair share of gobs*ites who think they are better than they are, but I reckon we probably have less of a sense of entitlement than most. Overall I've quite enjoyed watching Wolves this season but NES does need to work out a plan B pretty sharpish as this league will not stand still, and allow him the luxury of pounding away the same way every game.

Wolves have always been one of the most entitled clubs - part of the holy trinity with Leeds and Forest.

At least the likes of Derby and Sheffield Wednesday have learned to stop going on about their crowds and deserving to be in the top division.

I think Derby were mortally wounded by their last foray into the PL, where they broke nearly every record going. Damages the ego a bit.

Garcia, a third rate coach. You really think so? Shame on you, he has done very well for us in my opinion, and I for one appreciate his efforts.

Most of the comments on that thread seem reasonable (at least as far as I read through to). They largely think we were the better side at Wembley. They think VAR will ruin Bournemouth because they're a bunch of cheats.

    All reasonable opinions.

Same with Wednesday dropping to the third tier, though that wasn't enough for Leeds, Forest and Wolves fans to pull their heads out their backsides.

West Ham are another one on the entitled list. All these clubs are so quick to boo, which may explain why things don't work out for them.

I'm not being sarcastic at all. Just don't understand the dislike on this forum. Wish we could get rid of the Garcia out thread aswell. He's not a grinning idiot, in my opinion he's one of the best we have had since I've been supporting. Since the mid 60's.

What Wolves fans need to worry over is that while their Chinese owners have massive amounts of cash, they got their players by making a deal with the devil (i.e. a "superagent"). If that superagent sells off a couple of the best ones, the others get raises to make them stay... then you've got less talent + fat cat sysdrome.

Seems a ridiculous thread when they haven't even been up for a full season yet.

Wolves' owners Fosun have a stake in Jorge Mendes' agency. Or at least, one of their linked companies does. It's against FA rules for there to be a direct conflict of interest in that way so it's structured to avoid a breach.

Otherwise, I'm not sure there's that much unusual about their arrangement. It seems to just be the normal mutually beneficial (parasitic) relationship that's often seen between professional clubs and certain agents.

We know Watford have done a lot of business via Mogi Bayat in Belgium. I've read there are lots of other clubs, even at top level, that rely on one or a very small number of agents to identify signings and move unwanted players on. It's fair to say though Mendes is in a different league to those other agents. And clearly he was able to convince a calibre of player to move to the Championship that surpassed our efforts.

Yep of course, I shouldn't make posts after consuming so many pints. The beer here in Huddersfield is very good you know. Just as well I am returning home this morning.

I found Wolves fans very balanced after Wembley and a good bunch overall. A lot of fans simply look at the size of their fan base and then look at the likes of Bournemouth, Burnley and us and feel they are more deserving.
We’ve been successful at the perfect time and it has laid the foundation for many years ahead.

It could have been very different and we could easily be in the position of Reading, Ipswich or Bolton

Dunno about you guys, but for me, the first aim is still to get to 40 points, even though this time we were basically safe in February! Mentally preparing myself for a few player losses this summer and a season of relative struggle next year, though of course I wouldn't be surprised if we have another good season

Ok, actually had a read of this, yes, I get the bitterness so I'll ignore the bits about us, but wow. Were Villa worthy of Premier League status when they were relegated on 17pts
There have been times in this Premier League run where I have fallen into this trap, but I think last season's shenanigans beat that out of me. We'll end up in the Championship at some point in the not too distant future, it's almost inevitable, just got to enjoy these moments while they come. Sure I'll be disappointed if we don't get top 7 and lose the cup final, but unless something untoward happens, there won't be any anger
