Which block were you - 539, apprehensive at first as im short sighted but decent view as it goes
    Price of ticket - £30
Atmosphere where you were - very good no aggro, high spirits but two seats away from an armchair manager who thinks the players can hear who must of said "pair up on him" every thirty seconds
Opinions of the fans sat around you (day trippers, families, muppets) - As above
Proximity to the wolves fans and your thoughts on them -far away, before the game giving it large so a lot more silent after 8D
Would you happily sit there again for the final - Yes, although I'd take any seat I can find.
    Worth the money - yes

Atmosphere where you were - Close to the group behind the goal, so got caught up in that
Opinions of the fans sat around you (day trippers, families, muppets) - Fine, would like to apologise to the teenager with glasses on in the row behind me who I lifted up at 2-2 and 3-2, sorry mate.
Proximity to the wolves fans and your thoughts on them - Mentioned this on another post
Would you happily sit there again for the final
Worth the money - Yes, but not sure for £115

Great. I felt we atoned for our collective sins against Palace X2 which had left me ashamed. I was expecting us to be completely out sung by Wolves but we were great before and during even when losing. I was up from the main singing section but could easily join in and start my own efforts.

I thought the density of the coloured flags worked well.

My only regret was that we didn’t do the bouncy song as would have looked good at Wembley.

Opinions of the fans sat around you (day trippers, families, muppets)

Mix with quite a lot of families and youngsters. Some foul language and tedious moaning throughout from behind which I was briefly conscious of because I was with my 7 year old but I was pretty focussed on the game so shut it out.

Proximity to the wolves fans and your thoughts on them

Aware of the middle ring when Wolves scored. Impressed on the rare occasions when they got their big chants going, enjoyed the mural as part of the overall atmosphere but I thought they would make more noise than they did from all their pre match chat.

I enjoyed the humour of a solitary Wolves fans in the Wembley Central queue singing mournfully “we’re Wolverhampton, we’ve had a setback.” With that many people there’s going to be good and bad sorts just as in a Saturday night out in a city, I was fortunate not to encounter the bad sort.

Would you happily sit there again for the final

    Yes

    Worth the money

Of course given the result. It was an immense day in our history.

    Bonus

Seeing Lloyd doley in a Wembley newsagents after the game

You can repeat the experience of listening to the game on local radio (including build up, and post game phone-in) searching on 'BBC 3CR schedule', or BBC WM if you'd like to try the West Midlands version.
