I was PMed this by someone over the weekend: Hi Otter I wasn't sure who to contact, but I saw you ran the last Werewolf game that ran here. There's a very big Mafia (Werewolf) Championship tournament being run, featuring 187 different communities, and I would like to extend an invitation to your community. I'm hoping this is the best way to go about this. The Mafia Championship is a super fun event that's been running since 2013. Over the years, 270+ communities, 50+ nationalities and 600+ representatives have participated. More importantly, it has created strong bonds between communities, resulted in countless friendships, and it has even led to people getting married, believe it or not The concept, to explain it very briefly, is that each community elects one person to go represent them in the Championship. I'd be stoked to see you guys represented, so if this invitation intrigues you, feel very free to share it with your fellow community members or run it by the appropriate persons. So to summarise. Almost exactly like the games on here but using Mafia, rather than Werewolf, roles. You start out with a qualifying round. At the end of the game, everyone votes for the best player (a good concept to introduce on here). The winner of this vote progresses into the final (i.e. they play 2 games), whilst second place goes into a wildcard round, which if they win, also enter the final (i.e. 3 games).
Mafia is totally different to werewolf. I have played it on another football forum. Bit of a ******** but a good laugh

Talking of werewolf, now we have no important games for a while,is it time for a summer werewolf 2019?
I would love to moderate, but I am afraid I don't have the time at present. Maybe if I do moderate a game, though, I'll get the sack and then have plenty of time free for future games?
I reckon you would make an excellent game ,having one of the shrewder operators as the Mod would be very interesting.
We would require written confirmation that none of his other logins were playing. Which means a max of half a dozen players in total.
I could definitely play. Depending on work, I might be able to mod if there's sufficient interest, but I won't be able to confirm until next week. To be honest, I spend enough time at work when I'm playing, so I'm not sure it will take up much more time than usual.
now im back in the uk I would like to play. ive modded a few times, but don't have any stories to tell at the moment so its best someone else has a go.
