Rookery & Lower GT- risen from £421 to £438
SEJ- risen from £474 to £495
Upper GT- risen form £545 to £567

This seasons prices can be found here.. https://www.watfordfc.com/sites/default/files/2018-03/ST2018-19_Renewals_Summary.pdf

So about 4% increase roughly (for phase one renewal) compared with the Uk inflation rate of around 2-2.5%

does anyone know if the 75-mile option is still available? i had one for a few years but seem to recall once you'd let it go you couldnt renew again.

Similar increase to my Council Tax then. I don’t expect to get 4% better services from them; I wonder if we will see 4% better football?
    Thanks for the info.

Good and fair pricing - better than any other London teams(other than Spam). Great value with the way we are playing

You can get cheaper tickets for football 20 miles up road near the airport if you prefer

If you work on that basis we owe them as this season has been a lot more than 4% better than last!

I think our prices are amongst the cheapest in the P.L. (Liverpool being an exception) for consistent league position and cost!

No no no, just go to the registry office and change your name, cheaper than moving! WFCs Sinclair ZX computers won't spot the change!

For those of us who had season tickets in the championship, It is £23 a home game. Compared to 19 away games at £30 or £570 a full season. For recent Premier League season ticket holders it will next season be £562; so virtually the away match price cap per game.

Why are we still being penalised for not having a season ticket 2014/15?
I have had a season ticket on and off since the nineteen seventies, but just because I did not have one then, it is adding up to costing me hundreds of pounds.

I just think of my season ticket in the same way as any other bill/tax I have to pay. Can't get out of it, I'm afraid

The club has confirmed the central Rookery singing section as trialled in the Palace game at the weekend is to be a permanent fixture from next season. All 476 existing ST holders in that area will be called and given the opportunity to move if they don't like it.

Also, plans afoot to deal with no shows:

    That's great.

But they still need to make it much easier to offer tickets for re-sale.

Presumably they're only going to go after the ones missing double figures or the like. The textbook 'supporter' who mysteriously turns up for the same 6 opponents every season. And if that's the case why should the club facilitate re-sale rather than just withdraw the ST and sell it to someone who'll turn up 15 times or more a season instead?

This is a good move. I reckon 5 no shows and not telling the club should get you the boot. Was so much better v Palace with a proper full house.

    GoingDown "The Stability"

But what if all 476 ST holders don't move and then don't sing? Is it still a singing section? ST rescinded if they don't sing for the usual 5 minutes at the start of the game until we inevitably concede?

    Sounds like SINGCEPTION to me.

  29. Robert Peel

    So many questions...

Will people in this section have the amount of singing they do monitored?

Is there a minimum singing time you have to hit?

Is there a decibel threshold you have to go over?

What if you sing but get the words wrong?

What if you sing but it's a different song to everyone else?

What about those with an electrolarynx:

I think the plan is to have a steward with a cattle prod who will "remind" any non-singers about the obligations that come with the seat.

I think it's more likely to be tickets that only get used for the big 7 or 8 games each season that are penalised. It's easy to miss 5 games - a poorly timed holiday or a handful of games moved to awkward kick off times.

What about the 'Attends but can't be arsed to watch the match' like the bloke next to me who spends the whole match on his phone or playing games with his toddler son on his phone? The only time he stands up is to take his kid to the loo twice a match!

  34. Just looked at the remaining fixtures and due to all the revised games I'm probably only getting to 2 more home games this season as I can't make evening midweek matches.

The price I'm paying for us getting so far in the cup I guess twinned with the cup game weekends all being on home game weekends.

    Sucks massively.

I’d be interested to know how many £5 kids’ season tickets in the VR family area have never actually been used by the child but mysteriously get upgraded to adult for a friend for Man U, Liverpool etc as little Johnny can’t make it that week. Where was he for Fulham, Brighton and Wolves?
