The odd thing is it doesn't seem to follow any visible pattern, just some kind of electronic whim. I've still no idea how I got my usual seat, which means I have no method to follow in future. However my ticket arrived yesterday so at least that part is functioning. Good luck to all.
Presumably a few ST holders aren't bothering, or have missed their slot to buy. My kids are both ST holders, but aren't coming.
Are you Ben Spencer? https://www.skysports.com/rugby-uni...n-englands-six-nations-squad-to-face-scotland
I'm an American fan making my first trip to the UK next month. I'm hoping to attend both the FA Cup semifinal (v. Wolves at Wembley) and the Arsenal home match on April 15th (if at all possible...). If anyone has an extra ticket that you'd be willing to sell me for either/both matches, please let me know. Thanks!
Thanks for the heads-up. (Is there first a window of time wherein tickets are first limited to Watford/Wolves season-ticket-holders --and then the remainder go on sale later to the general public on the Wembley Stadium/FA ticketing site?) And if you have any suggestions about how I might go about trying to find someone with an extra Arsenal ticket (or if there's virtually no chance I can find one...), please let me know.
If anyone has a Home Group C & Away Group D that they arent using for the semi final please PM me. Cheers.
(I obtained a Fan ID, so if anyone is looking to sell an extra ticket for either the Arsenal or FA Cup semifinal, please let me know!
Hi.. ive got 20 spare tickets for the semi final which i cant attend myself. Took me nearly all day to enter all the ID numbers that i made up. Hope i didnt hold anyone up. 250 notes each.. for the inconvenience of spending all day long online.
Pretty sure there will be cash turnstiles for both of these. Just rock up with £20 and you'll be right.
Thanks for the heads-up. If you're saying I can just buy a ticket at the gate without worries of a sell-out, that works for me!
Sorry, I was being entirely facetious. It will be tough to get tickets without a history as a fan. Unless you just turn up with bottomless pockets and by from a tout (scalper)
Oh, damn... (I was really hoping you meant that with Wembley's capacity it would never fill up from just the two teams' supporters and that there would release tickets to a general sale...)
On Tuesday any remaining semi final tickets will go on sale to "All supporters who have a Fan ID record (created March 15 or before)" I guess yours wasnt? In which case you stand no chance of a ticket unless someone sees your appeal here and is willing to help you.. or you pay big bucks and get one of the many independent ticket selling agencies (legal scalpers) Same scenario for the Arsenal game i'm afraid as that game wont go on general sale. For the record the club does make special provision for overseas fans wanting to get tickets for home games. But not for fixtures against some of the big clubs and you also needed fan ID dated back to at least August 1, 2018. The overal ticket policy can be found here.. https://www.eticketing.co.uk/watfordfc/Common/CustomPage/Index/4 Lastly.. long shot but are you in contact with any of the Watford fanclubs in the US? You never know you might find some joy there.
DavidD, try approaching the club and explaining your situation as an overseas fan and I think they will probably help you out, especially as you are travelling all the way from the U.S. If you don't have any luck, I might be able to help you out if tickets for Wembley are still available on Monday? Though I can't promise I can for sure. Post on here Monday VERY EARLY if you are still after Wembley tickets and I will help you out if I can.
Single tickets are also available for the Arsenal game if anyone would volunteer to help this guy out. I would but i would only do that if i could meet the person.. in person.
I for one hope he gets a ticket even if he ends up paying the £120 for a £45 ticket from an online tout (legal reseller). Anyone know how it all works out of curiosity? Both teams get 33k (or whatever the exact figure is) so the rest the FA give to the numerous people, organisations, corporations et al it gives out to; so whose share do these legal online resellers (touts) come from? They seem to have more than enough tickets to go round for everybody.
