Cardiff v Watford is confirmed as last on tonight's running order.

The reason being, there is only one goal to show from Cardiff's 1-0 win last night.

They will probably think people have seen the goals so put us near the end !

Let’s be totally honest in this instance...unless it was City vs Liverpool or something player the night before, the Friday night game would almost always be shown last on MOTD or given little airtime. So if we are tonight, it’s certainly not something they are doing just because it’s us.

We all know what the MotD focus will be. We will be on last and all the talk will be about the non-penalty. They will discuss how hard done by Cardiff have been before Lineker will turn to Shearer and say "Watford are having a good season". Shearer will respond with "yeah". Then they will look at the league table.

Burnley vs Spurs will surely be first, then West Ham vs Fulham then it'll be us (unless Lesta vs Palace or wolves vs Muff has goals in second half).

Our performance will be glossed over and the focus will be on Colin/penalty.

I'm ok if we're in the middle because I'm out tonight and may be back in time ;)

So Alan, Warnock was unhappy with the penalty decision... 1 minute of replays and cliches like "when the lucks against you..."

But credit to Watford, having a good season Danny... Er yeah, um refreshing to see a front two and Doucoure will be picked up by a top team soon im sure. 2 seconds silence... Now Newcastle arent out of it yet.....

Wouldn’t you prefer us to be on last?

Unless you’re going out again about 11.30pm.

Paul Ince and Martin Keown are the pundits tonight ..

Goodness knows what will be said !

Keown will be patronisingly supportive. Good season watford man. Ince will be supporting the view that it could have been a reverse scoreline if that penalty was given.

Not sure the BBC should be giving someone as sleazy as Ince airtime.

Presumably, one of Gary’s Algarve Set.

I bet Alan Shearer (with Newcastle winning) and Ian Wright (Palace legend plus Spurs losing - and he likes us) are a bit gutted they won't be on MOTD to rub Lineker's nose in it after the Leicester score!

I'm gutted Ian's not on because he's one of the only ones who gives a good analysis on us... Especially in a 5-1 win, it would've been more interesting listen to him instead of Ince who is a tw@

Is Gary Lineker even presenting tonight? He generally can’t be arsed if Liverpool and City aren’t on.

Friday night games, blah, blah, always on last, blah, blah, hey, at least we’re ahead of those Danny Dyer wannabes from the East End or wherever their team is playing this season.

No doubts and the game they picked first was apparently a proper toilet of a game (Burnley, go figure). Still most of the time it’s easy to make most games look like a worldy with only 8mins highlights and headline teams will always take main event status. The exception to the 8 minute rule is Burnley. No amount of expert editing makes them ever look anything other than ****.

Posted about Bournemouth’s diving antics today on the Prem thread in General section but good to see Keown call them out on it. Pretty much only failed to say the word “cheat”.

Well we scored with all but one of our efforts on goal according to the BBC stats .

I always find we seem to have less efforts shown than the opposition but maybe it's probably true in some games ..?

Least the commentary highlighted the way we kept the ball for the 4th and by the end talked about how good we had been .

No mention of penalty (non) by pundits !

Clearly Keown had nothing to say ...

There's no point watching it anymore unless you want to be infuriated by Bournemouth's blatant diving and gormless pundits that can't even be arsed to talk about the "controversial" aspects of games that don't involve the top 6.

The highlights of all the games are released within minutes after the game so if there were any interesting games, they can be watched with ease without having to sit through the cr*p that somehow gets selected to start in the running order of MoTD.

Therefore, the only factors that give MoTD a purpose is the "professional" punditry. And that professionalism is "Will he smile, will he smile??? Yes, he does..." Well done Ince.
