I have told Mr IBB to instruct his team to this end. Infact I have bones as far to say if he sees anyone in blue and white, kick them just incase!
I know they've got players missing, but we still need to put a strong side out against Spurs, so hopefully Javi will keep the same 11 that played on Saturday
I hope the weather doesn't affect this as there is due to be some snow. Not sure Spurs would be too disappointed if it was called off
It wouldn't actually surprise me to see 1 or 2 keep their places. I can easily see a line-up that has Chalobah in it if Doucoure is still out. Gray for Deulofeu may be in Gracia's thoughts. Wouldn't be shocked to see Janmaat or maybe even Wilmot either.
I'd expect Cathcart, janmaat and Hughes to start. Britos and Quina in with a shout. I'd rest success and masina for this one though
I knew a girl from Uni who was from Harrow , which isn’t far from Wembley.Does that count ? We were both living near Maine Rd, Moss Side at the time and spent most of our courting time running away from gangs of feral ten year old kids . Back then you could buy a whole street in Moss Side for £1000 . Nowadays , what with gentrification, it costs £500. I had another girlfriend who lived in Levenshulme , in the same street as some of the Moors Murders.
Any other forumites have ex girlfriends with loose but perhaps mildly interesting footballing connections ?
Draw would be a good result. I’d love to play the same side we put into the Moo Moo Cup. It was more or less the same sides. Spuds have no Kane and no Ali, Palarse dumped them out of the cup with eas, morale is low now, so not going into this expecting us to get smashed. We beat a then full squad at the Vic, no reason we can’t get anything out of this one. Orns’ to return from Wembley with three points.
Will never forget Levenshulme Arms on the Stockport rd. We met the landlord & his Mrs on our first lads holiday in Benidorm. Great bloke - used to let all us Watford lads crash in his pub for free on our weekend jaunts to manc land to watch Bolton Stockport and later citee manure. Got really messy on the sat nights - but no grudges on the sun. Can always remember bread, dripping & black pudding on the bar on those sun lunch times.... Tough but fair I think you would call it Happy happy days...... Will be there tomorrow- would love to do double over this lot. Fear missed chances will cost us again. We will def get a few against them as they are bound to come out attacking. Let’s go 1-1 & I will be happy
TE="Relegation Certs, post: 2707913, member: 7217"]I got tops and fingers in Enfield a while back, which is quite close.[/QUOTE] I imagine the scene with Enfield was like this:
Used to love the trips to the NW - had mates in Stockport / Heaton Mersey / Heaton Moor so always went up the night before and then stayed over on the Sat night too
I assume with all the grief potch has been getting that they are going to want to spank us Or best bet is to play a left field team and see what happens Britos, Holebas and Deeney to be sent off but still with 4-3
Feel the time is right to bring out again, my quarterly prediction of a Foster hatrick. 1-3 to Watford. Foster - 29 th minute from a goal kick. ( its going to be windy) Foster - 93 rd minute from a corner with what we think is the winner ... Foster - 95 th minute (pen) - Success wins a penalty with one of his atrocious dives and the lads let Foster take it to bag his hatrick.
