    That sounds like ‘rivals’ talk.

    Sutton Grammar.

    But apart from that.

Made me laugh - calling them immature straight after telling them to stuff chips up their arses.

First I think dislike of AFC is because of The Sainted Eddie and all his very transparent (Raddy) antics. When he leaves foe Everton this will probably fade.
With Palace there are many more reasons:
    Haha.
Cruddy ground, ruddy pillars obscuring the view.
    Haha.
Beating us in the two Wembley matches.
    Haha.
    Glad All Over.

She's off to Torino m8. An unknown Belgian is expected to join the forum shortly but may be loaned out to Udinese's forum initially.

Ideally, the pillars would obscure the view of the home support.

  9. Why do you want to view the home support?

    Well, I don't.

Btw, for the traveling Horn Massive, watch out for the new look Selhurst.

Truly a palace made from crystal.

A bit unnerving to see then gleefully relay what objects they are planning to throw at our players on Saturday, particularly in the current climate given that it appears they will be targeting two black players.

Would not be surprised in the slightest if some of the posts in that thread are later presented as evidence in a few court cases.

Correct @miked2006 on both counts - but I just about forgive him, as he also played football alongside Steve Palmer at university and, pre-children, had a season ticket with me at Watford.

I have half a mind to report that post but fair play, one school in the whole of Croydon borough. In an area around Watford the same size of Croydon borough I could pick out quite a few good schools though

I know the stress of raising children can do things to your mind Mrs HH but it seems the effects were very severe on Mr HH to go from season ticket at Watford to Liverpool supporter - children have frazzled his brain

Perhaps Mr HH knows Emmeka from my club?
He is 7 and to date has been a 'fan' of 8 teams both PL and overseas.
Maybe Mr HH is working his way through the Emmeka catalogue?

I still think the 1881 should organize a "Zaha wave". It'd be exactly like a "Mexican wave" except that people start by all standing then all fall down in a rolling wave around the stadium. Wailing and beating the ground is purely optional.

Ha! To be fair to Mr HH, he has been a Liverpool fan through and through since a lad - never changed his allegiance, even while going through school in Manchester. Although he did have a slight affinity to Watford because of his history with Palmer, the season ticket at Watford was for me.

Greater love hath no man than this, to lay down his support for his reds for a full season to watch the Orns with his wife ...

This will inevitably have to be removed. There is a version not showing his face but for the blind Ill provide a written description:

The poster boy of Crystal Palace sits awkwardly at a wooden table in the beer garden of a pub in South London.
Its a summer's or possibly late spring day. The viewer is led to believe this is a pre match meal.
He is wearing a Stripey Nigel polyester Crystal palace shirt - it hangs baggily on his skeletal form. The un-ironed nature of this vestment speaks of the poverty of his family. An uncaring mother? An alcoholic perhaps. One imagines the house he lives in smells of ancient dust and frying fat, windows left unopen, carpets dirtied and stained. A place that no one other than close family would want to linger in for too long and where youd think twice about that offer of a cup of tea, for fear of an unwashed cup and off milk, should you happen to visit.
In front of him is an unappeatising plate with approximately 30 chips, 2 fried eggs and some thin looking cheap ham.
    Cheap cutlery is visible.
In a rather gauche way he crosses his gangly arms to reach for a nearby shaker of salt to apply to his lunch.
He looks at the camera, a mole like face with the vestiges of acne, half squinting. Hair by Mother.
A glass of bottled orange drink sits undrunk to his left.
To his left we see part of a larger specimen of Palacehood - we presume it to be his father. The shape of things to come.
Others fill the background of this little vignette of South London life. Boys with what would be considered trendier haircuts immediately behind him. Their greasy spiked barnets belying the onset of hair loss ( a side effect of their vitamin deficient diet of that, by now, we have no doubt)

Are we being whooshed? They seriously want to start a rivalry?

My nephew has lived all his life near Trafford.

So he started by supporting Bolton, before graduating to Hull.

Sadly, Man U has now lured him in.

The last 2 to comment seem keen - one even says they don't understand the Brighton hate!

Charlton are probably a bit like what Luton are to us - true rivals but a long way behind (for now)

I don’t see why we need to put up with tin pot clubs like this, I mean who do they think they are Bournemouth

Seriously though folks.. are people taking other football forums at face value?
"They want to be our rivals" "they care so much about us" "they are going to racially abuse our players"

Well you'll find plenty of people on here who want to be rivals with Bournemouth (and then blame them for starting a fake rivalry )
We don't care about Palace right? If so why are we caring about them now on this growing thread?
Racial Abuse? Why because one of them suggested our slating of the Wilf man might have racial undertones. It would be a strange reaction to fight racism with racism wouldn't it? and as for the notion that having black players in the team somehow means you cant be racist.. well all clubs do (even Chelsea/ West Ham etc did in the 70/80's) and some racism still exist doesn't it? That comment reminded me of David Brent putting his arm around the black guy in the office to show his non racist side!

Anyway.. if i believed that what is written on any football forum represents a majority mature viewpoint, i'd give up following football overnight.
