Maybe others from this forum are on the coach too! How can they recognise you? Do you have any distinctive features? One of @Moog aliases is bound to be on there. I can’t post too often at the moment or I’ll lose control and crash the coach.
Thanks for posting the Pereyra interview. Really hope it clicks for him this season: we’ve seen glimpses but I reckon he could be a special player if he stays fit.
Good luck on the M6. It was grindingly slow when we came up yesterday. Long stretches being converted to a ‘smart’ motorway. All we need now are smart motorway drivers. Oh, and it’s peeing down up here in true Lancashire fashion.
Long overdue to have agreed a forum whistle. And, for close quarters, a forum handshake. You could trying shouting ‘Kelso’.
Got beaten up in Burnley when I was 18 for being cockney. Ordering a brandy at the bar and smoking a hamlet in the style of Derrick Trotter might have been the giveaway.... Got away with it in Wolverhampton the same year. Bunch of lightweights.
We could whistle the tune of Yellow by you-know-who. Don’t we all already have Kelso printed on the back of our sweaters?
Good to see Javi brave enough in giving 2 up top a go away from home after last week's great performance. Would have been easy for him to be more negative.
No central midfielder on the bench, but somewhat compensated by the fact that our entire starting midfield is capable (Bobby less so than Hughes) of playing in the middle if called upon.
Just so people know, the lanceyclaret anon member who posts about Burnley seems to also dwell on other forums too. Not sure if it’s the same actual person but using the same alias is a good hint. Odd we haven’t seen him around.
However it goes from here, at least it's clear that Gracia has prepared them very well and has communicated what he wants. That he is a really decent coach is evident.
We're all going on a European tour. City are probably a little too good this year, but how many points needed for Champions League qualification?
