    Exactly.

If Welbeck played for Burnley, he would score 2 goals a season.

Or in the bottom corner of a goal as high as The Shard.

Does AG always take care to put his boots on the right feet?

Is this guy even a coach? I see no evidence of it.

Yeah, about time the Pozzo's employed a manager scout because every manager they bring in turns out sh*t after no more than 4 weeks

Well, I’m convinced. Chelsea aside it has been a dire few months.

Surely it may be time to look beyond the Head Coach then? Flores, Mazzarri and Gracia all have pretty impressive CVs for a club of our size, so why does it keep going wrong? Players not good enough? Not motivated enough once we’re pretty much safe? Too much player power? Poor transfer windows?

Could be one of many things but I’m starting to think it’s probably not all down to the manager

Could be down to having a Director of Football. The managers are most definitely not getting in the players that they want - a reason why both Mazzarri and Silva were annoyed in the transfer windows

Tbf we played ok last week and against Bournemouth but once a bit of pressure comes we crumble .

Why go to Huddersfield and play for a point ?

Can't see the Pozzo's keeping him now, it's a results business and apart from beating ten man Chelsea we've seen nothing. I bet they've already got the next guy lined up

I said on the day he came that he was a very risky appointment, and probably the wrong one.

Yes he inherited somebody else’s squad, yes he has had his bad luck with injuries too, and yes we had those three home wins that should still keep us up..just. There have been some plus points and yes there are excuses that can be found I’m sure too.

But it’s his side that takes the field. We’ve not scored an away goal in six matches under him. Over 600 minutes without a solitary goal. Dire today. Dire at West Ham. Very average at Stoke. Knocked out of the cup under him, when after that match only Brom and then Wigan would have stood between us and the semi finals. Added to that, our home form has nose dived too. We can’t hold a lead. We are seriously awful.

We should thank him for keeping us up and let him go back to Spain this summer. We can do better. We must do better, because this guy is only going to take us in one direction.

I am now completely on the fence about whether we should keep him or not. A win and a draw out of the two remaining home games should be the minimum requirement now.

The club talk about getting in to Europe but appointing someone like Gracia makes that look like all just talk. They can't have thought he's the one to take us up the league. He must be just a stop gap to keep us in the league and they'll appoint someone else in the summer.

Realistically who would you expect to come here, who could take us to that level?

BT Sport have just shown one of Salah's goals against us where he dummies three defenders, watching it you cant help feeling that defensively we don't have a clue how to defend, but move on to the Defoe goal or the Burnley goals and again and again the defending is not up to standard. It's not even league one level at times, Gracia is supposed to be good defensively but we can't see evidence for it with these players. Do we give him the summer and try and bring in a new defence and hope it works? I'm not sure. We will need to bring in a new defence though whoever is in charge, this one will get us relegated.

We won't beat Palace. We won't beat Spurs or Man U. We have to go all out against Newcastle

This is what I've felt for a while. Newcastle is our only likely chance of any more points this season.

If Stoke lose tomorrow, I'll be a lot more optimistic about staying up, but we just can't do it for ourselves. We have to rely on the failure of others which is not a good place to be in.

The same argument can be made for the 'whole new defence' or the mythical wonder striker that the fans are demanding. Doesn't stop them wanting it, nor complaining about the ones doing the job right now.

We better not lose against Palace, we've lost on the 3 occasions I have seen us play them and I'm bringing the little 'uns to this game.

Have they got footie boots? Stick them in place of our cack back three and I bet they would put in a better performance.

Won't beat Newcastle either, it's looking really bleak right now. Going to Huddersfield and playing like we did was appalling Hughes was our only player looking to go forward, I hate to say it as I want some stability and it's the players that cross the line but his tactics today were so wrong a better team than Huddersfield would of destroyed us. He's got to go. I can't see where we will get another point from and we will be relying on 3 worse teams again.

I think teams a lot worse than Huddersfield could have beat us today. We weren't even Championship worthy today. Absolutely pathetic.

That's a bit harsh. I think half the teams in the Conference would of wanted a look in against us today.

Javi's certainly been let down by some very poor defending, consisting mostly of individual errors and collective panicking when facing basic, lofted balls into the box (but for these simple errors, we'd have taken 7 points from the last 3 games).

But we're constantly told that Gino is in this for the long term; that he cares deeply and wants to make a success of things here. Therefore - I'd say it's almost certain that Gracia will be let go in the summer, and somebody else will be appointed.

I think they believed they finally had their man with Silva - only for that to go so bad so quickly. Hard to say now because of how much of a **** he turned out to be - but that early season Watford side under him would absolutely annihilate both teams we saw today.

At this point, I've not a clue as to whether changing coach again is a good or bad thing. I can't help thinking that eventually it'll catch up with us and we'll be relegated next season, much to the delight of every pundit as they smugly say "I told you so".

If they change manager again - they simply must bring in some proper defenders, and ensure the medical dept is working the way a Premier League team's should. Those two factors are IMO costing us more than the limitations of any head coach.

I’m not optimistic of Gracia but given the choice I’d rather get Deeney and the defence out of the club that him.

No manager is here long enough to truly command the respect of the team IMO. When you add a captain who isn’t as good as he thinks he is, shouts his mouth off at any given opportunity, and is a poor example of a leader, it’s no real surprise.

I would change manager, with the search criteria being altered to stop looking for a ‘yes man’ and to start looking for someone who demands respect, and challenges the owners. And I would change captain - possibly making a statement and giving it to one of the younger players like Chalobah.

Is his tactic away from from home to sit back and defend ?

That is never going to end well with us!

Arsenal was probably the most positive away game since he came and we lost that 3-0!
