despite getting away with Arsenal failing to score with two one on ones at 1-0, after the penalty it was us that bossed it.

I hope that was the last time we play 3 at the back. Obviously a much better second half even before the subs, but Deeney took that game by the scruff of the neck.

There was only one team going to win that game once we went back to our 4231

    Bossed it

Why the f couldn't we do that from minute one? We paid a pretty meh Arsenal side way too much respect changing formation

Superb, 4th in the league above Chelsea Liverpool and arsenal , and 8 games isn't just a bit of fluke.

If we keep this up we will be attracting even more great players .
Get in there you Horns .

I'm thinking we will finish in the top 10 for Shure.

Arsenal boring and average. Without the freak bean pole they wouldn't have scored. Mid table or maybe a relegation struggle for them

they weren't average first 70 mins. 1-0 up and opened up twice shouldve scored at least one of them. Chuffed they didnt of course.
They were bang awful once it went to 1-1 mind.

A little harsh - some of the gooners' one-touch stuff in the first half was a joy to watch.

Graham Poll again saying that there was no contact, Richarlison DEFINITELY dived and should be banned for 2 games.

I can't agree it is that obvious or clear.

Strange. There were a lot of close ups in the TV coverage. Troy looked knackered from the moment he came on. Clearly that wasn't the case - just an appearance.

Great result and fully deserved. We were the much better team after HT. Arsenal were so negative after the half and parked the bus. Numerous times they had 10 men behind the ball. They got what they deserved for being so boring and trying to win 1-0 just like Mazzarri use to do with us.

Ive seen the penalty challenge again. There was a little bit of contact not much but because there was it shouldn't be classed as a dive as all players go down after any sort of contact in the box.

Not understanding the Deeney love it was Richarlison who took the game to them second half and then the rest of the team joined in including Deeney. That's how I saw it anyway.

I was calling for Deeney to come on for Gray at HT. Those flick ons and holding up the ball he provides are really valuable. Gray does none of that.

Thought Gomes had a great game today. The save where he knocked it round the post was excellent and he was too experienced and long in the tooth to be fooled by stupid Ozil's bug eyes looking one way and hitting it the other. Made him look stupid with an easy catch.

Mapps did well too, before making way and changing shape as we all wanted and going 4 at the back. Pererya didn't have his best game and seemed to tire quickly. He played some nice stuff with Richarlison early on though. He looked knackered when he came off. Carrillo was fairly ineffective and Capoue didn't have time to do much. I was waiting for one of his rockets, but it didn't come.

The Kremlin house was filled with groans when that one deflected off and hit the post - I thought that was our chance gone.

Richarlison once again was superb. What an asset the lad is. Hard to believe he's only 20. He was maybe a little greedy on one or two occasions, but I don't really care.
