Correct me if I'm wrong but I think that BRLR said this would be his first ever game in the thread when he signed up. Would be one hell of an entrance to write that anonymous message as his first ever contribution! Edit: just checked and he did.
Hehehehehehe. Was excellent fun last time! The sheer trickery of it all and realising you were getting away with it as the game progressed and everyone tangled themselves up in knots. Im sure Happy will confirm. The only nagging doubt you have as the wolf is not knowing who the other one is. The enemy of the wolf is team good sticking to facts and logic. Wolfies friend is human nature, emotion and little grievances between players. It's a shame HB1 doesn't want to play, that would be most excellent
We will find out tonight. We assume an Alpha and a Beta at least. We might get surprised with a Gamma. If Alpha or Beta get killed early I would expect a Full Moon Event and another to be chosen.
Talking of dogs I just had to put mine to sleep this afternoon cancer of the spleen did for her Forgive me I won't be around much this evening .
The old system was great, as you could see how many posts each villager had made. I don't think you can see that with the upgrade. The lack of EdwardCohen1969 in the game and on the does help make it an easy decision
After Opti's pull on the heartstrings with his ill horses like two / three games ago I'm not sure whether Norway is game playing or not. (Genuinely really really sorry if you're not but gotta consider all possibilities in Werewolf)
That's the one. My hunch is telling me the first message was from the Traitor....he's trying sow doubt early on...a very shrewd move...unless he's not...in which case...I got nothing.
The Traitor cannot post messages. Only the Seer and Alpha Wolf can, and it is up to us to figure out who posted what. The traitor can try and swing votes and whatnot in the Wolves favour and go as far as to sacrifice themselves for the cause and even call themselves out as a Traitor but they cannot one of the two messages per day.
Since when has the traitor been able to post a message ? I thought it was only the seer or the alpha woolf
You see, if I hadn't been killed on the first night last time, I might have learned the rules. Ok, my opinion is then that the messages were posted by either the Seer and/or the Alpha Wolf....no idea who is who.
It certainly was fun watching team good tie themselves in knots. You're right, the only issue as a member of team evil was trying not to kill one of your fellow wolves by mistake. Also, I would be careful of making assumptions of whether anyone's "experienced" or not. I remember team good spending too much time speculating about whether us wolves were experienced or not, as team evil slipped further under the radar... As for tonight, I'm in the camp that says lynch this chap/chapess who hasn't ever posted before or since signing up. My daughter has her last two end of year exams tomorrow so I may not be on that much in next couple of hours as helping her revise.
I probably will be around but there's no point holding out. Anybody who signs up to a game and doesn't play deserves to go I'm afraid.
Only thing is would Harrow have eliminated them anyway for non play and we could have chosen someone else instead?
I guess it's at Harrow's discretion as to whether he punishes non posting game players. In the rules thread he said everyone had to post at least once and vote once.
