Well, whatever Dryworld eventually come up with, we can pretty much guarantee it won't be as bad as the other team on the opening day of the season, because Under Armour have just released their first kit of a 7 year deal with Southampton, and it's S H I T.





I'm a bit shocked, as I am a big fan of Under Armour, and wanted them to be the ones to take us over before Dryworld were announced. I have no idea how they have come up with this abomination.

 

Yeah even the chap in the middle looks pissed off at wearing that garbage.

 

The stripes on the front, and the trim on the arms is nice, but WTF is that massive white bowtie shape doing there? It is not a good touch.

 

Oh that is nasty the Southampton one. Think it's the sponsor that does it as the infinity shape feels part of the shirt design and messes up the stripes.

 

You may or may have noticed as well, on closer inspection, the already incredibly dull away kits have some very strange geometric patterned cuffs on the end of the sleeves that just look so out of place it's as though they were thrown on in the planning stage by a child.

 

Who even are these people, a back massager and a relative of a dead politician?

Can I just clarify something?

This is a thread in which a bunch of you express your anxieties about the design and release date of a football kit and whether said kit is going to be worn at a pre-season friendly against a non-league team - is that right?

I'm just checking, because I didn't realise so many of you must be 12 years old.

It's just concerns of basic competence regarding Dryworld.
They seem incapable of providing communication on kit release dates and if other articles are to believed have distribution problems as well with other clubs. This is a football forum in the offseason after all, so unsure why you have an issue with people chatting about it.

Frankly the most childish post on the whole thread is yours.

 

In time, maybe it'll prove to be a good thing that we've only signed up with Dryworld for 3 years. Shambolic management and organisation.

You chat about whatever you like Jumbo, but I'll happily be accused of childishness by a bunch of "adults" who are interested in the design and delivery of a piece of polyester that will be covered in their own **** and dribble within hours of it's delivery (whenever that may be).

 

I guess a reasonable solution for you would be to select a thread that isn't called "Watford FC - Home and Away Kit"? There's even a transfer section that discusses players and stuff.

 

I'm not interested in that either, given that it principally consists of people relaying some idiotic cobblers they read off Twitter (Cathcart to Newcastle.....seriously).
