I'm rubbish at this.......but it wasn't a guess as in a stab in the dark. There is a road in a field and the barman is blue. Blue-field-road.

 

You could be right.. all the elements are there. But i reckon its more significant that there is a bar scene & whats that small figure to the right.. a scarecrow?

The green background I assume is a field. Thus Chef+eel+field = Sheffield

 

The answer is just Sheffield. It is Chef-eel-d. The eel is in the shape of a D, not a field.

Sorry short notice will concentrate more on the weekend one.

The yellow bits are electricity sparks to differentiate the eel from a worm or snake.

 

But then you wouldnt need the eel.. you could just have Chef + field.
