Hi, Can someone speak me about Watford's Fans? I "was" an ultras in Italy,so i'm very intrested in the fans. thank you in advance. Cheers Al
Watford fans have always been a bit on the conservative side.. The atmosphere is more friendly than fervent and hooliganism is rare. Its been pretty much this way since i started going to games.. and that was nearly 40 years ago. Having said that they are moves to improve the atmosphere at matches and last year an 'ultra's' group was set up. They are called the Yellow Order and although a small group at the moment they have grown in number and are trying what they can to get things moving at the stadium. Perhaps we could hire in some Italian ultras to train our boys up?!
as i told before, we have nothing to teach right now... by the way,let's be clear,i'm not a "big bad ultras" who hates "normal" fans,absolutely... i remember that when we came to play to the Vic i've looked for some informations about your "firms" (you know,english hooligans are still quiet famous in italy... so... we didn't knew what to expect... and i found just some old videos on youtube against lutons. then when we were in watford we didn't had,or created any problem... we went to the odd fellows pub to have some beer and then to the Vic... it was a very nice day,one of the best memory of my football life.

somebody here has already told me we are pretty much similiar, in fact this sounds like a copy of Udinese fans :biggrin: I did not expect that from english supporters, I had the hope we could improve sharing chants ecc.. with you.
