According to football manager roughly 40 mill or so. We'd then sign players on wages of 40k a week and be playing in the Uefa Cup next year.

I'm actually going to do this quickly, just to see. Prices I think we could get right now.

    Loach - £2m
    Hodson - Too young.
    Mariappa - £400k
    Cathcart - loan.
    Doyley - £250k
    Eustace - £150k
    Cleverley - loan.
    Jenkins - £700k
    Lansbury - loan.
    Graham - £450k

    Lee - £1bn +
    Harley - £150k
    Helguson - loan
    Ellington - £0
    Bennet - Too young.
    Hoskins - £100k
Bray - I don't know who he is.

I think they are the sort of prices we could actually get if we sold them right now. I haven't counted loans because they aren't our players to sell.

I make that about £4m of actual saleable players in the whole squad, with most of that coming from Loach. Plus the £1bn for Lee obviously, being the legendary world class keeper that he is.

    Harley-£50k
    Helguson
    Ellington-£0
    Bennett-£100k

This valuations aren't what they would neccessarily be worth, but what I think they would fetch in the current climate and our position.

I'll have a quick go at this as well.

Loach - £3mil minimum imo. England u21 keeper with Premiership interest and has performed very well for us this season.

Hodson - I agree with PotGuy that he's too young to judge yet and I doubt he'll get many mid-top Prem clubs ever looking at him due to his lack of pace. Although I predict if he constistently performs as well as he has done in his last few games whenever called upon during the season that it would take at least £1.2mil to turn our heads.

Mariappa - £800k minimum. He has improved a lot in the last 6 months, especially in his concentration and determination. He has excellent physical attributes and the mental aspects of his game still have plenty of time to improve.

Cathcart - Supposedly Newcastle bid £2mil, based on Sat I would have said more like £750k, though he might not be match fit yet.

    Doyley - £250k

    Eustace - £150k

Cleverley - £1.5mil (Lee Martin went to Ipswich for about this, right? I'd say Cleverley is a similar prospect, perhaps a tiny bit better).

Jenkins - £900k. Very good technically and still very young, could increase more in value in the near future.

Lansbury - £900k. I'm still not convinced, but he comes from Arsenal.

Graham - £1.8mil minimum if he keeps up his current scoring record in the Champ.

    Lee - £200k
    Harley - £50k
    Helguson - £500k
    Ellington - wage too high
    Bennet - Too young.
    Hoskins - £300k

Sorry dont agree about you saying Hodson has no pace, ive been watching him play for a long time, he has bags of pace. the problem is when youve bin over lapping all game tired legs kick in dont forget hes still a kid and will learn to conserve his energy.

Sorry, but your prices are laughable. 1.8mil for Graham are you joking, Seeing as Priskin was sold for 1.8 Graham is not 1.8 mil and certainly not more expensive than either Cleverly or Lansbury.

    1.2 Mil for Hosdon :eek::forehead:

Cathcart is also worth around 1.5mil region, all players had bad games.

Harley 5k is too low, Around 150k to 250k is more realistc.

Dont forget Harry forrester went for a million, never played first team football for watford or villa, a million pounds is peanuts in this day and age.

Forrester was a much higher rated youth than Hodson is at the moment.

    Really?

Hodson has been a regular for the reserves since 15, signed a pro contract with us at the age of 15, only 17 and is now a regular for us and N.Ireland U21's.

He is very very highly rated and rightly so.

  35. Prentice

Forrester was always tipped for big things from an early age and was regularly captain of his group for England schoolboys from the age of 14 up, it's just recently he's sort of faded away, and not kept up development.

    His attitudes appalling apparently.

Forrester was offered a pro contract at 15 with us but turnt us down, and opted to leave instead, then signed pro terms at Villa a year later, you could also argue it's a lot more difficult to become a regular in an England side than any N Ireland side. (I think you'll find he plays for the U19s, not U21s)
