Nah, I'm at work all weekend. Bit of a pain because I did want to watch the football tomorrow, but I've got 2 weeks coming off in a while and my 21st which should be very good/drunken. Just a shame I'm working my actual birthday :dismay:

 

I work weekday evenings. Works out nicely when it comes to getting down The Vic. When's your birthday and where dyu work?

 

I work different days every week, my hours change one week to the next. I work for Ladbrokes the bookies, and my birthday is 2nd June.

 

Ladbrokes must be a decent place to work? Got the sport and all on in the background?

 

It's not bad. (but not good). We can watch stuff on domestic tv but we don't have sky in our shop! :rant:

 

Sky. Hate it. I've never been able to convince my dad it's worth having. It frustrates me so much when I just wanna watch the sport without having to trek into town. It's just effort. I wish BBC would take up the CL, FA Cup and England games because I hate ITV's cliche ridden coverage.

 

ITV must turn to adverts every 5 minutes as well, bloody annoys me.

 

I remember ITV missed Evertons winner vs Liverpool in the FA Cup the season before last I think it was. Epic fail.

As for ITV, that Andy Townsend drives me mental, he just not on the same level as Hanson, Lawro, and Andy Gray.

 

Surely you could swing the day off, if you tell your boss it is your 21st birthday?

Couldn't you swap days off with someone?

 

I was meant to be off but I had to swap my days off. We were arranging the night out and nobody could do the wednesday, so we swapped it to the friday. It's not too bad. I'll just party hard at work

im not sure havnt really been online much for the last couple of days. the beta is very good fun, but you have to remember its only a beta so not entirely complete yet still some glitches.
