Mandaric and Allen have been enemies since he arrived. Nothing to do with his coaching skills, its a personal thing.

Does that mean the bookies are settling on "any other manager" or was that bet only premiership?

Seems silly, they weren't doing too badly.

"Why can't they all just get along?"

Outrageous decision IMO. How can anyone prove themselves in 3 games after signing 10+ new players?!

I do agree that Warnock will be taking over...i'd be amazed if it isn't him!

Most bookies only offer odds on the Premiership managerial merri-go-round and we're no different.

They were on the phone to Steve Guppy on SSN last night who must have some contact with said Leicester and said that the Blackpool manager (dont remember his name) is interested and is a Leicester supporter through and through.

    Just on skysports news...

Chairman Mandaric (sp) still think its the right decision, then said he has told the fans to 'trust me' as he sacked Allen for them to make quicker progress this season. (Although winning 4-1 against a auto promo favourite would be enough progress for me.)

He is also letting go Doyle, plus another one. Despite helping a player who collapsed I think on Tuesday night and now getting sacked.

The hunt for a new manager was interesting as he is hoping for Warnock who he spoke to before Allen's appointment.

Madrid Mandaric didnt mention anything about the fact that he will get a new manager until after or before Saturdays game. Plus the fact that Leicester wont get any new players before the window closes tomorrow.

Hope this is helpful. Just like to finish with how stupid I think this decision is. I personaly can't see any reason to fire him after four games and being top ten.

It's amazing that someone can be under so much pressure after three games. Martin Jol is in the same boat. Managers are just not given enough time anymore.

Didnt Carlisle sack their manager after one game?

Too right, it doesn't help that they publish the league tables after one game now as well!
