I don't have a problem with your avater i just fail to see the point in taking a picture then blanking out the whole point of it, the people in it.

It's quite simple really...

...Many of the faces in that picture were involved in the disturbances post QPR and were covering their faces from OB cameras outside the ground during those disturbances, therefore as the picture is being used on a public website, every face is being blanked out to minimilise the risk of detection to those involved.
