What shall I have for lunch?

Bored of sandwiches and had a chinese last night

 

I just had a Chinese, I feel slightly lazy now...I would have suggested that if you hadn't had it last night. How's about a curry?

 

Just had our office Friday usual of Chicken & Mushroom pie and chips. Highly recommended.

Toasted cheese with Lee @ Perrings sauce is always a good option

 

Grate some mature cheddar cheese into a medium sized mixing bowl, add one egg, a teaspoon of english mustard, salt & pepper and some worcestershire sauce. Mix it up until it's all blended, whislt doing this toast 2 slices of thickly cut white bread under the grill on one side.
Then on the untoasted side spread the mixutre evenly, slice some tomatos and place ontop of the bread (around 2-4 slices depending on size). Then place back under the grill until it begins to brown on top of the mixture.

It's wonderful stuff.

I'm having a chicken, stuffing and mayo sarnie as i type this.

 

Done and dusted.

A large helping of fish and chips with a pint of real ale on the side at the local. Unfortunatley the curry was finished .

However I will be havign eggy bread for lunch tomorrow and a curry for tea;D

Moving on from lunch, this chicken chow mein is enjoyable. Sauce is a little piddly but i can always drink it out of the bowl after ;D

 

have you not heard of a spoon??

 

Means one more item to put in the dishwasher. I did drink the sauce from the bowl and i'm now having a pot of chocolate mousse.

I don't even know what I am having for dinner - except a bottle of wine!!

 

Well the mother has gone away with her partner for the weekend leaving me to fend for myself so armed with cash (hers not mine of course) i headed to Sainsbury's yesterday and bought plenty of food and drink to last till monday.

Wonderful stuff.
