How does the promotion system work

I know it starts with Trialist and then JUNIOR HORNET Like me, but what comes after that, and at what point does each promotion occur?

 

500 you become a reserve team player
1000 first team player
2000 international

 

i think it's 500 posts but i don't know what to.
